On 20-21 April 2018, Anna Yushchak, LL.M., member of the board of the Contemporary Law Studio participated in 1St International Reproductive Law Congress in Kyiv, Ukraine. Mrs. Yushchak made a report on Establishment of Commercial Surrogacy Worldwide and in Ukraine. She also moderated the 3d session of the Congress dedicated to “Protection of rights and lawful interests of the participants in the ART programs”.
