Olga specializes in citizenship and other aspects of personal status, rights of refugees, private international law, including international child abduction. She is the author of numerous academic publications on topical issues of public and private international law.
Oleh Prostybozhenko, Ph.D. Member of the Board, Attorney-at-Law, lecturer at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Chair of the Board of the Centre for Family Law Studies, Head of the Section for Property and Non-Property Family Disputes and Member of the Board of the Family Law Committee of Advocates Association of Ukraine. Oleg’s area of practice is private law, with the emphasis on family law as a specific area of professional interest. Ganna Garo, Ph.D. Member of the Board, Attorney-at-Law, Mediator, Head of the GANNA GARO LEGAL AGENCY, LLC, Chair of the Family Law Committee of the Advocates’ Association of Ukraine, Member of the Board of the Centre for Family Law Studies. Ganna is a practicing lawyer and an international expert in amicable dispute resolution and in litigation. She is the author of numerous publications in law periodicals and a certified lecturer.
Savytska Svitlana, Ph.D. Member of the Board, Attorney-at-Law, Associate Professor at the State University of Infrastructure and Technology (Department of Justice of the Law Faculty), Deputy Head of the Section for Property and Non-Property Family Disputes, Member of the Board of the Family Law Committee of Advocates’ Association of Ukraine, Member of the Board of the Centre for Family Law Studies. Svitlana specializes in family law (maintenance obligations, determination of the child’s place of residence, participation of parents in child upbringing, custody, adoption etc.). Anna Yushchak, LL.M. Member of the Board, Director of the Department of civil and family law of the Ukrainian Bar Association for Foreign Affairs, LL.M of the European University Viadrina, Germany, Member of the Board and Deputy Head to the Family Mediation Section of the Family Law Committee of the Advocates’ Association of Ukraine, Member of the Board of the Centre for Family Law Studies. Anna specializes in civil law and procedure, family and inheritance law, private international law. Petro Kushnir Executive Director, student of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (Law Faculty, Department of Civil Law and Procedure). Petro is also Executive Director of the Centre for Family Law Studies.
