On 05-08 February 2018, Anna Yushchak, LL.M., member of the Board of the Contemporary Law Studio, participated in the a Workshop as part of Alexander von Humbolt Foundation Partnership program between the Institute for Public Law of Georg-August-University of Göttingen and the Administrative Law Department of Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv “Functioning conditions of the Judiciary”. Together with a group of colleagues from Germany and Ukraine, Mrs. Yushchak, LL.M. will conduct a comparative legal research in Germany and in Ukraine by the year 2020, the final goal of the project is to publish a bilingual monograph.
